i tested for stds the other day and they all came back negative. but this is my second time getting sores on my tongue after oral and after the same person both times. i’ve given oral to other people and don’t get sores after them. one is in the back side im not sure if it’s a sore but it’s kind of like a red bump and the other is towards the front on the side and is white looks more like a canker sore. last time this happened the sores were the exact same and in the same spot. im not sure what else it could be especially since both times they showed up a couple days after i gave oral
