Ok, I’m really unsure and l’ve remembered it out of nowhere and I feel so bad. I’ve asked my friends and my now partner and they said no but I need external advice. I was on a night out, I was incredibly (I mean, really drunk to the point of falling over) and I approached another man (I’m gay) and I asked if I could kiss him. He said something like “you’re a bit young aren’t you” (he was a bit older, I think. I am late teens) so I just kissed him but he wasn’t really kissing me back so I stopped, and walked off. Is this assault? I have no way of checking with this person and I have no idea who it was. I can’t remember what they looked like or properly when it was to ask them.
