Basically as the title says. For me, I will consume it maybe a few times a week at the very most. When I’ve looked online to try and find out there seems to be a lot of ambiguity about it, leaving me a bit puzzled. A lot of YouTube videos and websites label it as bad, and other sources not so much.

I more use it as a form of variety since I’ll crack one out to madison beer or whoever as well, not to mention I still get a boner whenever I just cuddle a girl🤣🫣. Would that qualify as addiction then? I’m not trying to be in denial or anything; rather I just don’t understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy use. I’d also consider myself as one of those people who is horny all the time, as in I’ll be happy to have sex twice a day so idk if that’s a factor in anything.

I mean, I’ve never missed out on an event with my friends because I’ve wanted to watch it instead, nor missed a date because of it. Even if I just have something that I need/want to do it’s not something that will take priority. I don’t necessarily feel perilous to it.

It’s just been something I’ve had a bit of curiosity about if someone could try and clear it up for me, thanks in advance.
