Every time. Start working out more. Its too early for that to start happening.
No idea. How do you tell morning wood apart from a regular erection when you sleep next to one of the most beautiful woman in the world?
I am 29 and wake up hard every day, I turn 30 in a few weeks, it could just be your drive is a little low.
I’m 34 and when I’m well rested I have a multiple morning woods when I wake up. If stressed, not well rested, wood is gone
Most mornings. If I’m down on sleep, not as much. 40 for reference
My parents is in his 40s and gets regular morning (and nighttime) erections.
This is a sign something may be wrong, it’s often an early sign of cardiovascular problems for example. Get checked out and work on your nutrition and exercise.
Edit: Partner not parents!
Every morning
being 33 and still having morning woods. it’s just that i don’t masturbate neither i watch porn.
if you want morning wood, dont go pee before you go to bed, the penis will go hard while you sleep to prevent peeing your bed
For a good while there no wood. TRT and HCG later, good to go.
53, and every morning. You just gotta exercise and be healthy
I’ve read somewhere: you still get them, you just don’t wake up with them.
BUT! I’ve quit porn in early December – and now, since like a week ago, I wake up with wood again.
I am 39 and still get them fairly often
Most mornings and I’m 40. I’m guessing you need cardio.
Almost 37 and recently started having them regularly after waking up and it seems I haven’t changed anything drastically. I try to sleep better and drink a lot of water, also taking low dose magnesium every day.
Still often. 39.
Just turned 41 and i usually wake up hard every morning
I haven’t consistently had it since I was in my mid-teens. And I have absolutely zero problems with the equipment when it’s time to get to business. It could just be a sleep cycle thing. You get it during the night and wake up during a phase of sleep when it’s not happening.
Morning wood is about REM sleep.
If your sleep is shit, this is why.
