Hi, i am paying the radio tax for our apartment, i am 19f, and my flatmate 19m, he owes me 45€ and i talked about his with him more than 4 times. He lied at the first two, than at the last two he told me that he already sent me the money. He is back in his hometown and i cannot see the transferred money in my bank account, i wrote him 2 days agi that it wasn’t there, he did not reply, and k can’t see his profile picture anymore which leads me to think that i am blocked, what should i do?
