When I try and force myself to talk to people for too long my mouth and teeth starts tingling for some reason.

What the title says, whenever I’m forced to talk to someone on either a long drive or a situation where i don’t wanna be there my mouth starts tingling for some reason, just trying to figure out why and if this is normal or not
