Yeah so like the title says. I had sex with my like bff with benefits after just an awesome night hanging out on the boat fishing. I had my menstrual disc in so though it was fine. I guess it shifted and leaked though because I bled on him and his truck and myself. I feel really embarrassed and bad about it. He was nice about it but I know he was grossed out. Any suggestions on what I can do to like apologize and make things less weird?
