I started seeing this girl two months ago. We talk regularly, have gone out twice and, at least exchange a text or two daily. But a couple of days ago she raised concerns I might be more involved in this relationship than she is, and feels like things are going too fast for her. She says she wants to work this out together, but doesn’t want to commit too early. I’m not sure what to think to about this or how to proceed. We’ve talked about it between us, but the conversation didn’t really go anywhere. We want to talk about it properly, but our schedules keep clashing, so it keeps getting pushed to the next day.

Sounds to me like you need to open yourself up to the possibility of seeing other people. If you too can agree on it maybe she would still want to continue on with a lesser version of your relationship that you currently have. But if you’re ready to start dating somebody and she’s not don’t hold yourself back.
