There’s not really any polite way to ask my bf to eat with his mouth closed, is there?

Basically just what the title says. My bf doesn’t close his mouth when he eats and the noises stress me out. Usually we’re watching a show or smth at the same time so it’s not too unbearable, and he tries a little harder when we’re around other people, but it makes me want to cry
