Mine [27F] would be having £10 to go out with friends on the weekend as a teenager, when these friends’ parents would give them £40-£60 cash each time they’d go out “just in case”.
Or my school clothes smelling of damp when air dried and others having crisp clean smelling clothes. And oh another one, having to choose between lunch money (£3 meal deal) or getting a new pen / a snack at break time.
