Cum burns my hand after masturbation. Part of my eczema or something else?

So, just a fair note I have eczema in my hands which causes extreme redness, dryness, and irritation, but every time after masturbating and it gets in my hand I almost immediately feel a burning, dry sensation that is eased through moisturizer or lotion. What exactly could be the possible root behind this?
