i’m not sure why my coworker doesn’t like me. i seriously doubt i’ve done anything to disrespect them, but being around them makes me aware that they have an issue with me regardless.
i’m sort of a people pleaser, though i try not to be, and i’m not used to people openly disliking me for no discernible reason.
i want to feel more comfortable in my workplace when they’re there- i don’t expect us to become friends, but i do want to be treated with respect.
i have tried being as nice and open as possible, and responding to any verbal or nonverbal cues, but it seems like i get it wrong whatever i do. i understand that i’m probably not the problem here, but i want to try to find a solution.
