Should I cancel a meetup because one or two people cannot attend?

I decided to meetup with two people I have not seen since college days. During college days, I hung out with these two people like for a good amount of time. I mean I would consider these two guys the closest people outside my major. I invited also another close college friend but I see that guy every 3 months. So I invited three people. The thing is two cannot go and the one guy who can go (one I have not seen since college days) is going but he does not know the other two cancelled. Should I just reschedule or meetup with him one on one?
