I need help figuring out why I can’t ejaculate while laying down or standing .

I’m a male, 24. No matter how much I try, I can’t ejaculate while lying down or standing. I can only ejaculate whenever I’m sitting down. I’m just wondering if this is only me or if I should just visit a doctor. Well, I just want Reddit’s opinion.
