I’m thinking of buying an Aquamarine or Ruby engagement ring (preferably lab grown) aboard. I have 2 main reasons for this.
1. I believe it may be cheaper than England.
2. I’ve often found foreign designs to be less generic. Edit: Maybe I’m looking in the wrong places in England
Has anyone found this to actually be beneficial, or should I just keep looking around side street jewelry stores until I find something I like that doesn’t exceed my budget? Ideally I’d like to get something under £3000 (including the travel if going abroad).
