We have been together for 7 years. We do not live together. Just last year around October, we were talking/looking at apartments to move out. We wanted to continue to the next stage of our relationship and he was even looking at rings. However, suddenly now he is questioning why he doesn’t touch me as much anymore (but he still definitely does), why he feels this disconnect where he’s not excited all the time, and is questioning if he is still in love. He even said marriage has not been on his mind like before. He definitely loves me and has care for me and wants to make it work. I am just not sure what I can do on my end to try and help. I suggested some sexual options because it kind of has been vanilla and putting the phones away when we’re with one another. Also for context, we do go on fun dates here and there. We also talked about some possible turn offs and I am going to work on them. He doesn’t want to give up just yet and I definitely don’t want this to end.
