What is your go-to meal after a long day?

  1. If it is made for me meatloaf with mash and spinach.

    If I am cooking slow cooked ribs on a bed of jasmine rice with any green vegetable.

  2. Steak, spicy chili and corn or broccoli . If it’s a cheat day maybe some light beer or vodka.

  3. I do the carnivore diet. So. Steak. Literally every day, regardless of the days length.

  4. Lately it’s been a version of Greg Doucette’s Anabolic French Toast”. I like using chocolate milk and using regular eggs.

  5. If it’s a long day I might just do chicken and roasted potatoes done in the same pan, and then cook some green beans in butter on the side. Quick and simple, yet delicious depending on what seasonings I use.

  6. If I’m cooking probably a nice steak and grilled shrimp, asparagus, mushrooms and mashed potatoes.

    If I’m picking up, some sort of Asian noodle dish that’s spicy as all hell hits the spot
