No One Can Make Me Orgasm

A person hasn't made me orgasm from foreplay or sex since my first boyfriend when I was a teen. I've had a couple orgasms during sex with the help of a vibrator wand with my current ex, but even that was very difficult to achieve. I don't know if it's from watching porn over the years or if it's a mental block? I'm becoming very frustrated honestly. I'd like to know if anyone has had these issues before and improved them?
