I (male) had a exposure with a street sex worker (female), she had sucked my penis through clothes (pyjama & underwear)for like 30 seconds , there was no skin to skin contact between my penis and her mouth. I didn't ejaculate in my underwear.
My main concern is while she was sucking penis (30sec hardly) her saliva might have reached to penis through the clothes (pyjama & underwear).
Because when i reached home & i pulled down my pyjama then what i see is my underwear has 2 slight wet stains on front side when it covers penis (wet stains can be her saliva or it can be my pre cum).
Can it transmit hiv or any std ?
