I'm not comfortable with long speeches or presentations (and especially online presentations) which are mostly one sided and I'm sure that's the case for a lot of people.

In my last presentation that lasted for approximately 20 minutes, I became conscious about speaking about my project which I've spent approximately 4-5 months working on. I've been told that the contents are fairly well structured and cohesive – however by minute 13 of the presentation, I felt self conscious and thought to myself "why am I speaking nonsense? Why am I blabbering so much? This isn't needed" and in the process, that induced more and more anxiety.

I want to know, how do you tackle this?
