That, and I’m judgy of the people who are very sexual. Put simply, I’m a prude but perhaps almost like a Puritan. I’m fine with being a prude who doesn’t want to see sex everywhere, but this is maybe a bit too far.
Plus I’m judgy of many other things. I feel like I’m getting much worse, more hateful.
All I know is to either say to myself “everyone has a different way of things – as long as they’re nice people, it’s fine.” Or to just pretend I don’t care. Either way, the annoyed feelings still stay and don’t really go away.
If you have any actionable steps to not be sex negative, please tell.
