Struggling to masturbate after having sex

So I lost my virginity last month which was amazing and rough, and I had multiple orgasms during penetrative sex, but not during oral. Prior to this I’ve been using a vibrator to masturbate and it always did the trick. Now, I really struggle to achieve orgasm when I masturbate. I’m kinda worried that I’ll only be able to have an orgasm through penetrative sex now. I don’t get to have sex often since we both live at home, so I’ve just been feeling really frustrated since masturbating just isn’t doing anything for me anymore. Is this normal? Is there something else I could try?
