  • It seems that most males masturbate 3~5 times a day right after discovering it and the numbers slowly dwindle down.
  • I didn't dwindle down at all and is still jerking myself 3~5 times everyday, because I get horny that many times during a day.

Reasons for wishing to masturbate less

  • It's causing me problems sexually, such as:
  1. difficulties during actual sex.
  2. getting horny and sexually frustrated too many times during the day.
  3. unintendedly "edging" myself and thus spending too many time of the day to masturbating.

And thus looking for

  • methods on calming myself down, especially from sexual frustration.

* I can simply not touch myself, but then the sexual frustration pretty much consume me for most of the day.

  • (dubios) less libido?
