When masturbating starts to get problematic?

25 M I live with my gf we just loved together and we have a great sex but I’m masturbating more than I’m having sex. We both work so we see late at night but some days we both wfh and some of those days I just don’t feel like having sex but I always end up masturbating late at night. I didn’t realized it was an issue just until now. I watch porn but I can just masturbate to memories or fantasies hell I even masturbate to her nudes or our videos we’ve shot. Is stopping masturbating the answer ?
