Sometimes I have a perfect sentence in my head but when it comes to opening my mouth to say it I start fumbling over my words and then it seems like I have no idea what I’m talking about.

Often times, I’ve noticed that I mumble when I speak or can’t project my voice in a loud room the same way others can and still be heard. I do have social anxiety so I’m anxious anyway when speaking to people but the way I speak doesn’t help either.

Does anyone have any tips on projecting your voice or sounding clearer?
