(I'm autistic)

People say I wear my heart on my sleeve and I'd love to stop but I don't know how? I'm getting better at regulating my emotions with therapy but I still very much show them on my face even when they are less intense.

If I dislike someone, I don't have energy to pretend I like them even for work etc…

I don't have that "mask" that other people do. I don't know how to "create" one but I'd love to learn how. Does that make sense?
