Is He Just Not Interested?

I (24F) have been seeing a guy (24M) I met on Bumble for a month now. Every date so far has ended with him asking if we wanted to meet again (to which I always reply yes), so I think things are going well so far. However, we only text when to make plans and we don’t call each other (I would like to though), and he hasn't kissed me yet. I tried making a move on our last date but I ended up getting a hug instead. I’m worried he's just not interested in me anymore, but everyone's telling me to give it another date. I’m very interested and would like to keep seeing him but I just don't know where his head is at.
