I was born in the early 80s. My parents had the same refrigerator from before I was born and they let me take it with me when I moved out at 20 years old. It lasted for a few years after that. I bought a refrigerator in 2012, and it only lasted 8 years before quit. Similar story for stoves, washers and dryers too.
Yogurt. Used to come in a literal cup. Now it’s like twice as much for four oz and you have to play roulette with like 47 different brands that seem to change every fiscal quarter. How do you fuck up yogurt?

A couple of years ago my Dryer died after 20 years of use. I went to Lowes to get another. They kept pushing for the extended warranty as they said the new one I was about to buy wouldn’t last that long.
