Me ‘M21’ Like this one girl ‘F21’. How do i make her more interesting in me, or should i move on or should i keep going with the flow?

I’ve been talking to this very attractive girl from like last 20 days, I find her really beautiful. We’ve met a few times, last time I met her, we went for dinner and drinks, we talked for hours and then I dropped her home, Most we did was a hug, The thing is, I believe i fumbled by being too nice to her, she seems uninterested in me, Like i asked her if she wanna go grab ice cream some time, and she responded with “yeah maybe” she doesn’t show much interest in texting but she’s better in person. I have a huge crush on her, I’m thinking about her all day. And my mood pretty much depends on her. I don’t really treat girls too nicely like this, Idk what to do, should I keep talking to her and go with the flow and wait for her to start liking me, Or should I stop talking to her and move on, which is very tough, If i don’t text her all day, she wouldn’t either, she’d just snap me a few times. I asked her once if she’s interested in me or not and she said she’s not sure which clearly means no.
