That coworker never takes first iniative to start conversation with me.
It was me, who always start first conversation to that coworker, in the last 2 years.
Same thing keep happening to me, with the new 2 coworker also.
So totally there are 3 coworkers like this in my workplace.
Next week, I am gonna do just my work and never take first initiative to start a conversation.
Since I know, I will always get a short reply and the conversation ends there.
