Nervous about meeting online crush

Okay so here is the thing. Ive been talking to this guy online for over a year now and Im almost sure that he likes me. We are going to meet on my friends party for the first time but Im really scared that he is not gonna like the way I look (mostly because I have acne, not bad but most of my friends have better skin which kind of makes me anxious that its gonna stand out?) And over all Im just not confident in my looks even tho he told me that I looked pretty on video. Im scared that maybe he will find someone from the party more attractive and just forget about me. What should I do to not feel so anxious about it?Please help
