maybe this sounds shallow but we have been going out since the start of the year. I have gathered the courage to say "i love you" to him a few months back and all i got was a "thats nice"
he said he wasnt ready to say it back that he doesnt want to say the wrong thing
but now im wondering if he will ever love me or is he just stringing me along until he finds someone better.
My love language is words of affirmation and to not receive it from him is frustrating.
we have done everything a 'loving' couple has done. we are even going on a trip overseas next month.
im just frustrated and im contemplating if i should call it off due to this. im not pressuring him but im not sure if i want to be with someone who doesnt reciprocate how i feel.
