Is she signalling something?

There is batchmate (friend) in my college. She was in a relationship untill recently. But manyatimes i have felt something. She had been touchy (knee touching knee under table), complimenting, advising, replying love emojis etc. On the other hand our relationship was sometimes rough in terms of verbal spats and professional disagreements. She told someone in a party looking me in the eye that she is in open relationship and want to "explore". Should i approach her??
