Growing up in Southern California, every Greek American-owner burger shop carried yellow cascabella peppers in vinegar to eat along with your order. Even the larger family owned chains like Tommy's and In N Out have them. Being in the food distribution business, many businesses that manufactured pickles would also sell them in bulk like Homade Pickles in Los Angeles. We're these spicy condiments just Local to LA, SoCal or regional to the Southwest or does every burger shop across the nation from San Diego to Augusta, Main and everywhere in between have yellow peppers to go along to our burgers, fries and soda?
