Between 16 and 96, generally.
All Americans marry at the age of 26 years, 3 months, and 2 days but there is talk of moving it up to 27 years, 1 month, and 19 days in 2025 due to inflation.
> The US Census Bureau found that the median age for marriage in 2022 was 28.6 years old for women and 30.5 years old for men.

I got married when I was 30
At 330 million people there is no “normal age to get married in America”. We got married in 1977 in August just before going back to our senior year of college. We lived in married student housing without the optional telephone; if we wanted to contact anyone we went to the lobby and placed a collect phone call, usually to her parents or mine. No pesky relatives to interrupt our bliss
Mid 20s to early 30s are what I would consider a normal age for a first marriage.
Anywhere between 18 and never
Its gonna vary regionally. I am from a rural area and most people I knew got married around 20-22. In cities, I have noticed that age leans more towards later 20s and early 30s for a first marriage (if they marry at all). I have a very large friend group from college with lots of varying cultures within and I am one of two that is married. The rest are either single or in long term relationships. All of us sit around our late 20s now.
Whemevercwe want.

From 10 in 38 states, usually to dudes in later 50 who rape them in the name of own god.
Edit: What you don’t like it? Change it.
In 2023, the median age for first marriage in the United States was 28.4 years for women and 30.2 years for men, according to the Census Bureau.
Which time? 😛

Very much regional:
Hometown in Michigan: 21-25 on average
Chicago: 27 and up
I was 21, but most of my friends my age are still unmarried, and I’m 30 now.
77.
Just married my wife (who also has a Reddit account) on the 12th of this month! There was definitely a lot of inelegant blubbering on my end. She’s 25 and I’m 27.
I went to college in Alabama where getting married at 21-26 is the norm. I grew up in Boston where getting married at 28-40 is the norm. I got engaged at 21, and married at 23.
my eldest sister got married at 21, my other sister got married at 18. I got married at 21. my sister-in-law got married at 19. my other sister-in-law got married at 35. my best friend is 37 and doesn’t want to get married at all. my other friend got married at 28.
it really varies
I know people who got married at 18, and I have heard of people being married in their 80s.
Typically though, I’d say around 25-26ish is the time for most people to get married
18 the first time and 40 the second time
