My gf wants unprotected sex

My gf is on birth control and wants to have unprotected sex since I can’t cum with a condom. She also has health complications that would make it much less likely for her to conceive. Is it safe if I don’t use a condom and pullout? I really don’t know enough about it and need some advice.
