A Leaving Gift

I did some data collection in a clinic for 2 months or so, now I’m all done and will be leaving. The doctor was so kind and thoughtful. The receptionist was also helpful and always nice. I really want to give them something to show my appreciation. Are flowers and a card acceptable? Or a plant? I’m not sure what a socially acceptable gift would be. We are all women. Thanks
