My sister swears drinking her own pee keeps her looking young.
Myself I just do face cream in the morning/night and use sunscreen on my face
Drinking water, sunscreen and moisturizer
Lowering your stress levels. Very few things age people more quickly than being constantly stressed out.
Applying hydrating cream on face and neck, even if you have oily skin
I also use hand cream, as aging is visible mostly on those 3 areas

Water, exercise, massages to move lymph and fluid.
Sleeping
Sunscreen even when the weather is overcast, washing and moisturising my face in the morning and in the evening and drinking plenty of water.
Not living in 3rd world countries works wonders
Face cream with Retinol in it. I notice a huge difference if I stop using it.
Sunscreen, drinking water, consistency with skincare, staying out of the sun and no smoking or drinking really improved my skin.
SPF50 every single day, come rain or shine.
Retin a. This shit has transformed my skin. It’s a miracle worker.
Vitamin C serum. Again, miracle worker. I went through a lot before finding the one that my skin loves but it was worth it.
Botox, for me anyway. I just get a light sprinkling every 6 months so I can still move my face and make expressions, there’s just no lines. Technically, I don’t *need* it because my skin is really good from all of the above but I just really like it.
