People keep speaking over me???

So usually when someones talking and stop, and I accidentally cut in front of them thinking they were done. I say Im sorry please continue, but when I try to talk these days. Literally everyone's speaking over me not letting me talk, how can I fix this? when people do that its very rude, unless they say Im sorry please continue. LMK in the comments 🙏
