Just transferred to a new desk job recently and still getting to know people, but I already know two workplace bullies that get off from bullying me. They constantly leave their trash on my desk (eaten lunch, shredded papers, used paper towels, etc), throw crumpled paper balls, lay nails on my tires in the parking lot, etc. I've already confronted them about it and they said "do something about it" and laugh it up with their buddies. I would love to punch the guys face to shut him up but I dont want to get fired either. I also dont snitch so I dont want to pull that taddle tale crap with my boss. Plus doing so would give me a terrible image as a newbie here.
Whats the best way to get them to respect me?
