I’m a 20M and for honestly as long as I can remember I’ve had clusters of bumps, some bigger than others on my scrotum. They don’t hurt at all and they never have but they are very obvious and I really hate the way they look. I’ve only had one sexual partner and we’ve been together for 3 years having only protected sex. she has never minded them thankfully. They were there before we became active. I just really hope they’re just Fordyce spots. Any suggestions?
