I (20M) have never posted on here before, but googling got me nowhere so here we are. Before I start, I'll get some expository stuff out of the way. While I'm sexually active, I haven't engaged in sex acts with another person since my breakup about 3 months ago (most of which was while using protection). I typically dry masturbate, as that is the habit I formed starting out. I've experienced a few (maybe 2-3) gashes as a result, but those were years ago and general outliers. I am a lefty, though that is more by choice.

Anyway, over the past couple of days, I've noticed a sharp pain in the pelvic area to the right behind my penis as I masturbate. It's nothing that stops me from going at it, as it were, but it is a cause for concern. It feels as if a vein or tendon or something is caught in a vise. This pain lingers after I've finished for about 30 minutes, but its more of just a sensory recollection than anything else. The thing is, this only happens when I use my left hand, at least so far as I can tell. If I try with my right, I don't feel any pain. I've also stopped masturbating as frequently in hopes that things will kind of sort themselves, but I am still incredibly concerned. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
