Dating when you work a lot and have a different schedule

Hello I am a M 27 and I work 6 days a week at my family’s restaurant. my hours are typically 4-10 which isn’t that bad but it makes it hard to go on dates at the “typical” times for them. I’ve been single for a year and a few months now and in that time I have dated but nothing too crazy with any of the girl with the longest one lasting 2 months. So I try my best to make it work but I fear that girls won’t really take me seriously for an actual long term relationship because of how limited my time can be. This has made me even debate if I should even look to date at this stage in my life. I have my own apartment and have a good amount of money where I feel comfortable it’s just I feel like I can’t give people the amount of time they may want/deserve. Any opinions, thoughts or comments are just appreciated.
