I always see that people in movies or in shows move their eyes quite rapidly when looking at each other (ofc I know that tv≠real life). And I saw someone say that eye contact isn’t only looking into someone eyes, rather it is looking at their whole face (eyes, mouth, cheeks etc.).
I’ve always just looked into people’s eyes, except for when I wanted to kiss them because it kinda feels weird to look elsewhere. Am I doing eye contact wrong?
