A lot of times, the way I tell a story or say things is so bad people lose interest quickly. I also am very in my head when I start to talk, and it’s hard for me to keep eye contact or be confident. So a lot of times I’ll say something hoping to get it over with and not be as interested in what I’m saying either even though I wanted to say it
Point is, not looking for what to say but how to say things so people don’t immediately lose interest in our conversation which happens all the time for me
