I thought finding new friends with other guys so I can gang up on lonely people or even someone who was kind was a good idea when it wasn’t

This is how I’ve been thinking for years since high school looking for new friends so I would gang up on somebody for having less friends or no friends at all and make fun of them for their loneliness, like if I thought that’s how I take advantage of someone for being kind, then I turn around thinking that’s actually not a good idea of what friends are for, and it’s not even a flex either and turn around realizing anyone who actually does this stuff to other people are cruel in general
