finding a mentor

(M33) where do you guys find mentors? i never had a strong male role model growing up, im the oldest sibling, father only taught me a few things but i mostly learned everything on my own thanks to the interent & mistakes ive made growing up. I think finding a mentor would help me get to that next stage in my self development journey
