What are good gifts for in laws?

My brother is getting married. He’s having a civil wedding at a court then dinner at a fancy restaurant. At the restaurant both family members are invited. They will have a separate reception with their friends at a later date. The dinner is literally just eating no walk down the aisle. My brother’s fiancés parents are flying in from a different country. It will be her parents, uncle and aunts. We wanted to buy a gift for her parents so we bought a cultural tea cup form our country and a tea bag set. we will also give my brother’s fiancé a necklace from Tiffany’s. Should we give something to the uncles and aunts? If so, what can we gift them? I can’t gift them the tea cup because it’s too late to order due to shipping.
