Or “timing is important “ . Do they literally mean they don’t have the time? A girl just told this to me and to be honest I just think she’s saying it as a way to put me down easy, but that could just be my negativity. If someone really had feelings for you, why would they say something about timing? Wouldn’t they wanna put in some effort into making it work?

  1. Nah homie, she’s letting you down easy. “Timing” is just an excuse.

  2. It’s never the right time for anything, if we care about something we will always find the time for it.

She’s just letting you down easy man. Keep going and don’t look back.

  3. The majority of women actually go out of their way to not hurt a guy when rejecting him. She cares about your feelings but she just isn’t attracted to you. Don’t take it personally because she doesn’t really control who she’s attracted to. She does control who she cares about tho, and apparently she cares enough about you to let you down easy.

You did good by making a move! Take that win. You’ll get ’em next time buddy.

  4. As a man I say this when I feel the girl is wayyy more into me than I’m into her and I feel smothered.

  5. Yes most times we say this as a soft rejection so you don’t feel bad about yourself. It’s best to move on.

  6. She’s rejecting you. “It’s not the right time” means she doesn’t want a relationship with anyone right now and is looking to focus on other things. But stop trying to pursue her i don’t think she’s interested
