I was lucky enough to play with a woman recently. While I was fingering her, I felt an object inside her. It was smooth and flat, square, about an inch and a half on the sides with very deffined edges and corners. It was not inside her vaginal canal, or something inserted- it was on the other side of the anterior wall, in her abdomen. I didn't want to risk making her feel self-conscious or break the mood by asking, and Google has failed to provide an answer.
Does anyone know what this is, or have come across this?
